A 75 x 75 cm silk twill neck scarf in black and white. A fine herringbone runs across the centre, framed by an ivory line and a deep black border — a crisp, tailored square sized to knot at the neck or finish a breast pocket.

Editor's Notes

Savile takes its cue from the cloth of a good suit — herringbone, that quiet workhorse weave, lifted into glossy silk and set in a sharp black frame. Monochrome on purpose: a piece that disappears into a wardrobe and works with all of it, the accessory equivalent of a well-cut jacket. Restraint, worn well.
